Between now and the last newsletter – I’ve been busy with one of my own resolutions. To your benefit, one of these resolutions is to refresh the website and add loads of additional content to help you at work. I recently completed Phase 1 of the refresh which includes one feature I’d like to highlight today – the new Templates Page.

I started by posting my favourite Meeting Agenda, Meeting Minutes, and Project Charter templates – I thought this was a low-hanging fruit for quick improvement in your workplace – let’s start the year with better meetings!
