MANAGERS:
LEVEL UP IN 2020
First off, thank you so much for subscribing to the Rockstar Managers’ Newsletter! This is the maiden voyage of the Rockstar Managers’ newsletter, which means each of you is a part of history for me. I hope this can be the start of something special for you as well.
Management is changing A LOT. With evolving employee expectations, automation, #metoo and diversity efforts, to changing business models and ever-increasing performance expectations, managers need to be more informed, nimble and effective than ever before. With the managers’ newsletter, I want to help you do just that.
Once each month, I’ll share with you stories that are shaping the future of management, information on how to improve and adapt, and pose questions that will make you think critically about your own work-life (I also promise not to be spammy). As I myself am growing as well, I absolutely welcome any feedback you have, and any stories or questions that you’d like to feature.
And finally, I’d love to connect with you. Find me through any of the social links below and say “hi”!
Thanks again for reading 🙂
Chris.
Some say managers will be obsolete in the growing knowledge & gig economy. I disagree — but it needs to evolve. Management should be a support role with decision-making authority. Spend less time telling people what to do and more time providing coaching and support. #Leadership
